My Childbirth class emphasizes on Lamaze based six healthy birth practices, progressive relaxation, labor and delivery positions, massage and touch.
Breastfeeding 101
Everything you need to learn about breastfeeding- if you are soon-to-be expecting or are postpartum and need any additional help. I will teach you some common challenges which are faced during breastfeeding and what to do about them. Difference between proper and improper latch. When to feed the baby. Hunger cues. Different holds and positioning.
Care of Newborn
Importance of skin to skin, delayed cord clamping, newborn cord care, newborn care tasks including bath, diapering, dressing, swaddling, feeding and burping and ‘5 S’ to sooth a fussy baby.
Wish to take a trial?
I will come to you, to teach the class in your home environment. You can invite anyone who is going to help you and your baby. OR you and your partner (recommended highly) can take a class in my studio. The choice is yours! I do both one to one private lesson and in groups
